I am formulation to transport to Kuala Lumpur as well as we do not know either we should be engagement a Melia Hotel or Berjaya Times Square? Also, how do we transport from Jalan Imbi to places similar to KLCC, Jalan Masjid India as well as Chow Kit? Please suggest urgently!!! Thanks!

Berjaya Times Square Hotel is definitely newer than Melia Hotel but both hotels are under the same ownership group. Hence, service quality is comparable.
Travelling in KL – cabs are rather cheap but a lot of negotiation is required if you are a foreigner.
For all the locations you listed, you can use a combination of the Monorail just outside your hotel and connect with the LRT – cost savings but requires more travelling time. Decisions will largely depend on the cost/time factor.
Good luck!
Berjaya Times Square of course! It is just walking distance from Imbi to KLCC. Take a taxi (inexpensive) to Jln Masjid India & Chow kit. Very convenient, but insist the taxi driver to use meter, else the fare could be much more. Hope this helps ;>)
well,,,,,,,,,these two hotels,,from what i heard are great…they are just located opposite at each other……but,,,,,from what i heard from my friends,,,,,berjaya times square hotel is kind of noisy……as u may know,,,,there’s a 800m indoopr roller coaster and wherever it moves,,,,guests upthere could feel the vibrations in their hotel rooms……….so it can get reallly noisy especially when you sleep…..well,,that’s what i heard….
if u want to travel to klcc,,,i would suggest you to take the monorail….faster cheaper and convenient as the jam in the city is terrible!!!!………..there is a monorail station right infront of the two hotels called Imbi station.Take the monorail from imbi to bukit nanas station. Then from here, you got to change to Putra LRT which is another train.the name of this station is called Dang Wangi. From here, just buy a ticket straight to KLCC!!!!!….easy as that…………..
to chow kit,,,you can take the monorail…too.
Well, both of the hotel is near to each other only. But I’ll choose Berjaya Times Square Hotel, at least it’s a newer hotel.
I’m suggesting to you Berjaya Times Square Hotel. You can get a city map from the airport you lands later at the customer counter.
Budget -> Melia, Enjoyment and class -> Berjaya. travel wise, the transit systems or if u know ur way the taxi is oso fine.
