You need to clarify what city you will be in. Kuala Lumpur?
looking at your specification…Hilton or Le Meridian will be an excellent choice as both located at the main train/bus/airport transfer-KL SENTRAL..both also offering great facilities or maybe you can opt for Mandarin Oriental at the Twin Towers KLCC..offering great Spa and excellent service…but if you looking for extensive sport facilities..you have to go outside from Kuala lumpur..like penang, langkawi..there are lots of outdoor recreational activities..resort such as shangrila rasa sayang is a perfect choice in Penang and Sheraton Perdana in Langkawi is great too!

Are you going to be at Kuala Lumpur? I suggest you choose from Best Western Premier Seri Pacific (5 star hotel), Crown Princess (5 star but reasonable), Grand Seasons (4 star) or Swiss Garden Kuala Lumpur (4 stars) all located in the heart of the city.
