14 Aug — Explore Penang/ (any alternative city) for half day as well as take the flight/ taxi behind to KL as well as outlay rest of the day selling (in box you take the moody or you strech early)

genting is far away from KL, i don’t think you still have time to shopping & eat in KL
12 August — Take a luxury coach and leave for Cameron Highlands (around 3.5 hours journey) — reach by 12 noon and spend the day exploring and clicking pics

13 August (option 1) — Take a cab/ luxury coach to Penang (7 hours) and reach there at around 2PM. Explore the place and stay overnight at the hotel.

maybe you can go Melaka,only 2 hour journey from KL, nice to explore & take photo

i think you can put Batu caves & KL trip on last day so that you doesn’t need to go around & turn back to KL
1 st day stay @ genting’s hotel & then only go to other places.
yes you need to cancel the trip.
since you are from india. ok batu caves is a good visit. I am not sure penang is the best town to visit in malaysia.
imho, there is nothing nice in cameron and genting. unless you like gambling in genting. is popular among locals here because it is the nearest escape from capital city kuala lumpur.
may i suggest you go to east part of malaysia, Sabah? you can google Sabah.it is a little bit far from capital city kuala lumpur. 2 hours flights.
what’s nice in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah is :
-extremely cheap fresh seafood (lobster about usd14) (filipino market, lobster in tuaran)
-their marine park, you can snorkeling and literally touch and feed the fish under water (google Tungku Abdul Rahman park)
-shop for cheap pearls
- go to kinabalu park and go hiking.
