Almost all 4stars and above hotel provide airport transfer service. It cost around RM180. If you don't mind, you can make arrangement with local taxi to take you around Kuala Lumpur or airport. Make sure you ask for meter taxi. Public Cab Sdn Bhd03-62592020

you can you want to take photos and tour around the city, there's hop-on-hop-off bus. You can choose to stay on the bus throughout the journey ;-)

If you plan to stay at KLCC, you can take the Light rail tain (Putra LRT) to KLCC to quite a number of places. For map, you can go to 701Panduan maps. They have comprehensive map locations. http://maps.701panduan.com/index2.php?zoom=4&lat=3.11164&lon=101.64237&layers=BTT0T&keyWord=klcc&area=All

For all the interesting places in Kuala Lumpur, you can go to 701Panduan City Guide. http://www.701panduan.com/var/4/

To go to genting, there's a lot of hourly Genting bus service at KL Sentral every day. It's very safe and cost effective. The bus station is at Burger King side, take the excalator down.

All hotels provide airport transfers to and fro, at the standard cost, but it must be prearranged. Some hotels describe the service as free, but the cost would already be included in the room rates..... So, if the hotel promotes rooms with free airport transfers, be sure to use the service if you take up its offer.....

Some hotels do provide regular "shuttle" services to places of interest where you disbark and be picked up at fixed locations at standard cost.....and for visits to places further from your hotel...there are local tours, information of which should be available at the hotel counter or tourism desk. If you like walking, a tour of the city on foot is possible, but be aware that KL is crowdy and usually hot and humid, and you need to be prepared for that....
