Is forum park hotel bangkok easy accessible to other places of interests and shopping mall?

Place is in Sathorn area, the business district. You will have access to nearby shopping area in Silom and Patpong. Plus the Skytrain is not too far away at Chong Nongsi, From here you can get to other parts of Bangkok easily.
Is classed as being in the city center…..and are close to the subway and skytrain…so pretty easy to get around
Besides walking and using the Skytrain you can always catch a meter taxi. Meter taxis are real cheap compared to taxi cabs in your home country. Avoid the taxi cabs parked (lurking) near your hotel and hail a moving taxi down and tell the driver "meter only" and the fare is quite reasonable!
You want to avoid using a taxi parked near or at your hotel (especially expensive hotels) because they will want to bargain the fare – bargaining the fare means you end up paying more than using a meter taxi.
Avoid the tuk-tuks, they will be more expensive than using a meter taxi unless you speak Thai. Often tuk-tuk drivers "kidnap" you and take you to many shops and factories where they get a commission for taking you there.
