   There is lots to do in Bangkok but if you want to go outside, I’d recommend going to Pattaya or Phuket if you like discos and nightlife.

   If you want to go to a more relaxing beach atmosphere, try out Aonang in Krabi Province. It’s about a one hour flight from Bangkok and a very beautiful, relaxing, yet fun beach destination. It’s also a great place to go scuba diving if you are into it There also is kayaking through mangrove forests, elephant treks, and some of the best rockclimbing in Thailand!
