<description>There are actually a number of hotels that may fit the classificaiton &quot;boutique hotel&quot;. The thai do list them as boutique hotels. I have not stayed at any of the following.

1. Bangkok Boutique Hotel, about a 5 minute walk to the Phetchaburi station of the MRTA subway and it&#039;s only one station away from the BTS skytrain. http://www.asiarooms.com/thailand/bangkok/bangkok_boutique.html
2. House by the Pond, about a 10 minute walk to the BTS station at the Queens Sirikit Convention Center, http://www.asiarooms.com/thailand/bangkok/house_by_the_pond.html

I could only find these 2 by or near the BTS. There are others like the Baiyoke Boutique Hotel near the Baiyoke Sky Hotel, it was aways from the BTS. There is the Veronica Residence Hotel on Ratchadapisek Road near the Sutthisan station of the MRT Subway.

There are a couple of high end boutique hotels on the Chao Phraya river, Aurum The River Place Hotel, or the low end the Riverside Hotel

I referenced www.asiarooms.com as a baseline. Also check the room rates on www.sawadee.com or www.res24.com

Good luck.</description>
