unfortunately there is no budget hotel nearest KLIA Airport.. the only hotel that is outside KLIA Terminal is Pan Pacific Hotel..
and this is no budget hotel..
well the nearest budget hotel that i know is the concorde inn near klia which is not far from lcct
ive stayed there when i was in transit and its actually not bad for a one night stay

There is Concorde Inn. You could look it up and make reservation online. Taxi ride will cost about $20. Malaysia is a safe country.
